TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase.
2) The right of admission is reserved by the site managers.
3) Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
4) Lost tickets will not be replaced.
5) No animals except guide dogs permitted on site.
6) No glass containers are allowed on site.
7) Strictly no fireworks, pyrotechnics or fires on site.
8) In the event of the event being cancelled, the face value of the ticket will be refunded but the postage and packaging/booking fee will not.
9) Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.
10) Wakefield Rock Festival and Ossett Town FC adhere to the "Challenge 21" alcohol policy in the United Kingdom. Those that are, or appear to be under 21 years of age will be asked to provide proof that they are over 18 years of age.
11) Only food or drink purchased on-site may be consumed on-site.
12) Wakefield Rock Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or equipment.
13) No unauthorised sound systems allowed on site.
14) Earliest entry is 10:00 hours on 15/05/10 & the site must be cleared by 21:30 on both days.
15) No parking onsite.
16) Vehicles parked on the public highway outside the venue will be reported to the traffic authorities to be towed away.
17) Wakefield Rock Festival and Ossett Town FC operate a zero tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found to be in posession of a controlled substance will be reported to the Police immediately.
18) Children between five and sixteen years of age will only be permitted entry with an accompanying adult
19) Children under five years of age will be permitted entry free of charge with an accompanying adult. No ticket is necessary for these children
